All Day Sittings

For All-day sittings or Zazenkai, which means coming together for meditation, the day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. It includes a liturgy service (chanting), periods of sitting and walking meditation, a Dharma talk, and private meetings with the teacher to discuss your meditation practice (dokusan). Please bring your own bag lunch. Tea is provided.

See Retreats for information on the all-days sittings.
